-California metal band, Winds Of Plague, has posted a new song, entitled "Soldiers Of Doomsday," on their MySpace page. The song comes off their upcoming album, "The Great Stone War."
*Sarkom Posts New Song, "To Ruin Something That Was Never Meant To Be," Online
-Norwegian black metal band Sarkom has uploaded the title song "To Ruin Something That Was Never Meant To Be" from their 7" vinyl, which was released last month to their MySpace page.
The band comments on the song, "No worries, this is not the future sound of Sarkom, but we wanted to do something different."
*Kruger To Release New Album in March 2010
-Swiss metal band, Kruger, has issued the following update:
"Beloved and gigantic fanbase, some news about what we have been doing the past weeks, since you might think the answer is 'nothing' - it aint'!"
"We've finally completed the new songs for our upcoming album, which is scheduled for... March 2010! Slow dudes, uh?"
"The new baby, still on the incomparable Listenable Records (the only label whose fierce professionalism and reckless humor fits Kruger) will be a hell of beast, made of eight tracks that, we might say, are even a bit more frontal than they used to be."
"We'll spend this summer to prepare the recording, starting end of September!"

*Skeletonwitch Reveals New Album Release Date
-Skeletonwitch, who are currently hard at work on their new studio album with producer Jack Endino, has revealed that their new album will be entitled, "Breathing The Fire" and will be released on October 13th. The band also posted a new message from the studio. It reads as follows:
"It's exciting to hear the new material coming to fruition," says guitarist Scott Hedrick. "Working with 'Full Metal' Jack Endino is killer. He's fucking amazing at what he does, and he's a real mad scientist in the studio!"
Adds guitarist Nate Garnette, "Things are going well in the studio. We just finished tracking the drums, which are sounding fucking great. Now it's time for the guitars!"
